For builders
List your building business
If you're a builder or trade working in London, tell us about your business. We may introduce you to homeowners with suitable projects close to where you work.
- Listing and introductions are free. Nobody can pay to be put forward first or more often: we go by distance, nearest first.
- Every application is checked by hand before anything is listed or any homeowner is introduced. We check Companies House if you give a company number, ask to see your public liability insurance certificate, and check the public register of any membership you tick. What we check.
- Being listed or introduced isn't an endorsement or recommendation of your business by London Builders.
- We may decline or remove a listing at any time, for example if details can't be checked or homeowners raise concerns.
We're building our network borough by borough, starting with builders who want work close to home. Why local · Our fair rules
London Builders introduces homeowners to independent builders. It doesn't employ the builders it introduces and isn't a party to any contract between you and a homeowner. You agree the work, price and written contract directly with the homeowner.

You can ask us to remove your listing at any time, using the link in any introduction email or through our contact form.
