How we work
Building work is less stressful when you know what happens next. Here's the order we follow on every project.
- 01 First conversationSend us the details through the enquiry form. We'll ask a few questions and arrange a visit if the project suits us.
- 02 Site visitWe look at the house, the access, the structure and what you want to achieve, and talk through options honestly.
- 03 Written quote and programmeYou get an itemised quote, a list of what's excluded and a realistic timetable. Payments are linked to finished stages of work.
- 04 Approvals in placeDrawings, structural calculations, planning or a Lawful Development Certificate, building control and party wall notices are sorted before work starts.
- 05 Build and handoverOne team on site, a tidy and secure site, regular updates, and a walk-round at the end with building control sign-off.
